• Dye-sublimation is a new and popular technique. Your design idea is printed on a material with a paper-like texture. This comes on top of the lanyard. They are both inserted in a special machine which transfers the artwork from the paper onto the material. The result is a wonderful strap with bright colors and photographic aspect.
• Screen printing is a century-old process. It involves a mesh screen necessary to infiltrate the ink in the fabric. This method is recommended for simple artwork with one or two colors.

Colors

If you want dye-sublimation twines, you can select any Pantone PMS color. Take a look at any PMS chart and find the perfect shades for you.

Colors are accompanied by reference numbers. Please, write them in your ordering e-mail. They enable all printers to pair the nuances according to your specifications.

There might be a tiny discrepancy between the colors on our site and the ones on the actual objects. This happens because of different fabrics, operation systems or various screen setups. lanyards does its best to provide realistic colors and prints.

For the other printing technologies, you must contact us to discuss your color choice. We recommend maximum 2 colors. One for the background and the other for the written part (address, phone number, website or slogan).

Legal Aspect

The Pantone PMS colors are the intellectual property of Pantone Incorporated. We advise our clients to use the charts to get qualitative merchandise.

Files

For your logo or image, our lanyard factory prefers .eps, ai, or .cdr files.

You needn’t worry if you have got only a .jpg file. As long as the image is clear and has less than three colors we will create the vector for you. The best part is that this service is free.

How Does the Artwork Approval Process Work?

Our designers will send you an e-mail with photos and scans of your artwork. We will operate, for free, any changes you desire.

The production process begins after we receive your consent.

Our lanyard factory does not take phone approvals. We kindly ask you, to give us your artwork approval by e-mail.

Return and Refund Policy

Our aim is to provide extraordinary items and services to our customers.

We do not offer refunds for goods which do not present manufacturing defects. The iLanyards designers always send an e-mail with the artwork. Plus, you can request a free sample. We wait for your approval before beginning the production process.

Fabrication Flaws

All objects are subjected to a minute quality control before shipping. We are humans and occasional mistakes happen.

In case you identify faulty items, please contact us as soon as possible. You needn’t return them.

If the error is ours, we will give you a 100% refund for the damaged goods. Plus, we will replace them with new ones.
