Son v\u00e1lidas para todas las ventas realizadas por nuestra empresa a un cliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Definici\u00f3n de t\u00e9rminos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendedor<\/strong> = F\u00e1brica iLanyards con direcci\u00f3n en Century Road, Jindu Town, Gaoyao City, provincia de Guangdong, China<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cliente<\/strong> = el individuo, la empresa o la persona autorizada para actuar en su nombre que solicita productos de iLanyards<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bienes<\/strong> = la mercanc\u00eda que el cliente compra al vendedor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servicios<\/strong> = todos los servicios que el vendedor ofrece a sus clientes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precio<\/strong> = el costo de la mercanc\u00eda seg\u00fan el acuerdo firmado entre las dos partes (vendedor y cliente)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Condiciones comerciales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las siguientes condiciones son v\u00e1lidas para todos los pedidos realizados a iLanyards. Una vez realizado el pedido, el cliente acepta los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones del vendedor. Los cambios solo se podr\u00e1n realizar con la aprobaci\u00f3n de nuestro Gerente General.<\/p>\n<p>Tenga en cuenta que el vendedor solo acepta pedidos realizados por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pol\u00edtica de pago<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El vendedor no tiene un sistema de pago complejo. El cliente adquiere la mercanc\u00eda solicitada y recibe una factura como comprobante de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Hay dos situaciones diferentes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el valor del pedido es menor o igual a $3000, el cliente deber\u00e1 abonar el importe total en el momento de confirmar el pedido.<\/li>\n<li>Si el pedido supera el precio de $3000, el cliente debe pagar un dep\u00f3sito de 50% despu\u00e9s de confirmar el pedido; el cliente debe pagar la suma restante antes de que se env\u00eden los productos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para realizar el pago, el cliente deber\u00e1 utilizar PayPal o T\/T, Western Union.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de facturas vencidas, el vendedor deber\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspender la producci\u00f3n hasta que se realice el pago<\/li>\n<li>No entregar la mercanc\u00eda hasta que se realice el pago<\/li>\n<li>cancelar el pedido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El vendedor implementar\u00e1 las medidas despu\u00e9s de haberlo discutido con el cliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Derechos e impuestos de importaci\u00f3n internacionales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los env\u00edos internacionales son complicados. Los pa\u00edses pueden aplicar diversos impuestos y tasas de importaci\u00f3n a las mercanc\u00edas procedentes de otras partes del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerde que el vendedor no cubre los gastos de aduana aplicados en los pa\u00edses de destino. Estos son responsabilidad del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas adoptadas por las aduanas extranjeras y las acciones de las empresas de transporte escapan al control del vendedor. Por lo tanto, no se responsabiliza de ellas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Condiciones de entrega<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mercanc\u00eda ser\u00e1 entregada en la direcci\u00f3n facilitada por el cliente.<\/p>\n<p>El cliente conocer\u00e1 la hora y fecha de entrega mediante notificaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El cliente deber\u00e1 gestionar la recogida de la mercanc\u00eda. Cualquier cambio en la persona de contacto o la direcci\u00f3n de entrega del cliente deber\u00e1 ser comunicado al vendedor.<\/p>\n<p>Si no hay nadie presente en el punto de entrega, no se puede acusar al vendedor de haber perturbado la actividad del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>El vendedor no se hace responsable de los retrasos y da\u00f1os al producto causados por el mensajero.<\/p>\n<p>Los clientes no tienen que usar nuestro sistema de transporte. Pueden contratar cualquier empresa de mensajer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que el mensajero no llegue, el vendedor guardar\u00e1 los productos en sus almacenes durante un mes. El vendedor no cobrar\u00e1 ninguna tarifa por este servicio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Riesgos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El vendedor no se hace responsable de los da\u00f1os que puedan sufrir las mercanc\u00edas despu\u00e9s de ser recogidas por el cliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Devoluci\u00f3n y reembolso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El cliente debe revisar los art\u00edculos a su llegada. Debe contactar al vendedor e informarle sobre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>cantidad y calidad<\/li>\n<li>da\u00f1os que pudieran resultar de las acciones del vendedor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El cliente tiene 7 d\u00edas para comunicar estos problemas al vendedor.<\/p>\n<p>El cliente deber\u00e1 permitir al vendedor realizar una segunda inspecci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos considerados defectuosos.<\/p>\n<p>Si el cliente no informa a tiempo de los problemas de fabricaci\u00f3n, el vendedor considerar\u00e1 la mercanc\u00eda libre de errores.<\/p>\n<p>No es necesario devolver las mercanc\u00edas que est\u00e9n da\u00f1adas debido a errores de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El vendedor reemplazar\u00e1 todos los productos defectuosos por otros nuevos.<\/p>\n<p>Si el cliente no desea reemplazar los productos da\u00f1ados, el vendedor ofrece un reembolso 100% por ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Si el cliente cancela el pedido durante el proceso de producci\u00f3n, el vendedor no realizar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso. El vendedor no aplicar\u00e1 ning\u00fan otro cargo por este inconveniente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Derechos de propiedad intelectual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A petici\u00f3n del cliente, el vendedor le ceder\u00e1 la propiedad intelectual de la obra de arte. Esto se har\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de la producci\u00f3n en masa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El vendedor solicita, pero no obliga, a los clientes a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n personal como su correo electr\u00f3nico, nombre o direcci\u00f3n postal. El vendedor necesita esta informaci\u00f3n para procesar y entregar el pedido.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que el vendedor quiera utilizar estos datos para el env\u00edo de newsletters, necesita el permiso del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>El personal autorizado del vendedor ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico que tendr\u00e1 acceso a la informaci\u00f3n privada.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de investigaciones de fraude, el vendedor deber\u00e1 cumplir con los requisitos legales exigidos por las fuerzas del orden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
