D\u00e9finition des termes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendeur<\/strong> = iLanyards Factory avec l&#039;adresse sur Century Road, Jindu Town, Gaoyao City, Guangdong Province, Chine<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client<\/strong> = la personne, l&#039;entreprise ou la personne autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 agir en son nom qui commande des produits aupr\u00e8s d&#039;iLanyards<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marchandises<\/strong> = la marchandise que le client ach\u00e8te au vendeur<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services<\/strong> = tous les services que le vendeur propose \u00e0 ses clients<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prix<\/strong> = le co\u00fbt de la marchandise selon l&#039;accord sign\u00e9 entre les deux parties (vendeur et client)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Conditions commerciales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les conditions suivantes s&#039;appliquent \u00e0 toutes les commandes pass\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s d&#039;iLanyards. Une fois la commande pass\u00e9e, le client accepte les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du vendeur. Toute modification est soumise \u00e0 l&#039;approbation de notre directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que le vendeur accepte uniquement les commandes pass\u00e9es par e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Politique de paiement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le vendeur n&#039;a pas de proc\u00e9dure de paiement compliqu\u00e9e. Le client acquiert les marchandises command\u00e9es et re\u00e7oit une facture comme preuve de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux situations diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si la valeur de la commande est inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 $3000, le client doit payer la totalit\u00e9 du montant d\u00e8s qu&#039;il confirme la commande<\/li>\n<li>si la commande d\u00e9passe le prix de $3000, le client doit payer un acompte de 50% apr\u00e8s confirmation de la commande ; le client doit payer la somme restante avant l&#039;exp\u00e9dition des marchandises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour effectuer le paiement, le client doit utiliser PayPal ou T\/T, Western Union.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de factures en souffrance, le vendeur devra :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>suspendre la production jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le paiement soit effectu\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>ne pas livrer les marchandises tant que le paiement n&#039;est pas effectu\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>annuler la commande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le vendeur mettra en \u0153uvre les mesures apr\u00e8s avoir eu une discussion avec le client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Droits et taxes d&#039;importation internationaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La livraison internationale est complexe. Les pays peuvent appliquer diverses taxes et frais d&#039;importation sur les marchandises provenant d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions du monde.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que le vendeur ne prend pas en charge les frais de douane appliqu\u00e9s dans les pays de destination. Ces frais sont \u00e0 la charge du client.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures prises par les douanes \u00e9trang\u00e8res et les actions des transporteurs \u00e9chappent au contr\u00f4le du vendeur. Il ne peut donc en \u00eatre tenu responsable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Conditions de livraison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les marchandises seront livr\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;adresse fournie par le client.<\/p>\n<p>Le client conna\u00eetra l&#039;heure et la date de livraison gr\u00e2ce aux notifications.<\/p>\n<p>Le client doit prendre les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les marchandises. Toute modification concernant la personne \u00e0 contacter et\/ou l&#039;adresse de livraison doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e au vendeur.<\/p>\n<p>Si personne n&#039;est pr\u00e9sent au point de livraison, le vendeur ne peut \u00eatre accus\u00e9 d&#039;avoir perturb\u00e9 l&#039;activit\u00e9 du client.<\/p>\n<p>Le vendeur n&#039;est pas responsable des retards et des dommages aux produits caus\u00e9s par le transporteur.<\/p>\n<p>Nos clients n&#039;ont pas besoin d&#039;utiliser notre syst\u00e8me de transport. Ils peuvent choisir la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de messagerie de leur choix.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de non-r\u00e9ception du colis par le transporteur, le vendeur conservera les produits dans ses entrep\u00f4ts pendant un mois. Ce service est gratuit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Risques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le vendeur ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable des dommages qui pourraient survenir aux marchandises apr\u00e8s leur retrait par le client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Retour et remboursement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le client est tenu de v\u00e9rifier les articles \u00e0 leur arriv\u00e9e. Il doit contacter le vendeur et l&#039;informer de tout probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9fauts de fabrication<\/li>\n<li>quantit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>dommages qui pourraient r\u00e9sulter des actions du vendeur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le client dispose de 7 jours pour signaler ces probl\u00e8mes au vendeur.<\/p>\n<p>Le client doit permettre au vendeur de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une deuxi\u00e8me inspection des articles consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n<p>Si le client ne signale pas les probl\u00e8mes de fabrication dans les d\u00e9lais, le vendeur consid\u00e9rera alors la marchandise comme sans erreur.<\/p>\n<p>Les marchandises endommag\u00e9es en raison d&#039;erreurs de fabrication n&#039;ont pas besoin d&#039;\u00eatre retourn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le vendeur remplacera tous les produits d\u00e9fectueux par des neufs.<\/p>\n<p>Si le client ne souhaite pas remplacer les produits endommag\u00e9s, le vendeur propose un remboursement 100% pour ceux-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Si le client annule sa commande en cours de production, le vendeur ne proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 aucun remboursement. Aucun autre frais ne sera appliqu\u00e9 pour ce d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la demande du client, le vendeur lui transmettra la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de l&#039;\u0153uvre. Cette transmission interviendra apr\u00e8s la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Protection des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le vendeur demande aux clients, sans les y obliger, de fournir des informations personnelles telles que leur adresse e-mail, leur nom ou leur adresse postale. Ces informations sont n\u00e9cessaires au traitement et \u00e0 la livraison de la commande.<\/p>\n<p>Si le vendeur souhaite utiliser ces donn\u00e9es pour l&#039;envoi de newsletters, il a besoin de l&#039;autorisation du client.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel autoris\u00e9 du vendeur sera le seul \u00e0 avoir acc\u00e8s aux informations priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&#039;enqu\u00eate pour fraude, le vendeur doit se conformer aux exigences l\u00e9gales des forces de l&#039;ordre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>iLanyards ne peut \u00eatre poursuivie si des \u00e9v\u00e9nements incontr\u00f4lables (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames, convulsions sociales ou calamit\u00e9s de toute nature) l&#039;emp\u00eachent d&#039;honorer sa part du contrat.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veuillez lire les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente relatives \u00e0 la collaboration avec notre usine de cordons.
